Consultations

All new colour clients are required to have a consultation before booking an appointment. A non-refundable payment of £10 will be required and will be taken off the cost you first colour appointment. This appointment is required so that I can efficiently choose colours for your hair and quote accordingly.

A skin test will also be carried out at this appointment, regardless of whether you have had them with other hair stylists before or you have never previously had a reaction to colour.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment due to an emergency, so if you do need to please give me 24hrs notice before your booked appointment.

​

If you cancel less than 24hrs before your appointment, there may be a charge of 50% from your appointment cost.

​

Please understand that if you do not give me any notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time for someone else.

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late then you may be turned away and liable for your full appointment cost.

​

Additionally, please remember than I am a small salon and work 1-1 so do not arrive early to your appointment unless I have notified you beforehand.

I accept cash and also have a card reader if you'd prefer to pay this way.
