In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) I am required to advise you of my Privacy Policy as follows:
Client Data
In my appointment diary and/or online appointment system I hold client data which consists of:

telephone number

email address
This data is held securely and is not viewed by anyone other than myself therefore no third party will have access to this information.
In my mobile phone I hold client data which consists of:

name
-
telephone number
-
email address (if given)
This data is held securely as my phone is password/fingerprint protected.
Under no circumstances should I have the need to pass any of this information onto third parties.
The personal information I process is provided to me directly by you so that I have a point of contact for your appointment.
I also receive personal information indirectly, from the online booking system Ovatu should you book your appointment through the system.
Colour Record Cards/Consultation Forms
A consultation form is made for each colour client along with a record card. This information consists of:

telephone number
Along with this data I make a record or the colour that is used at each appointment which assists me with future colour services and relevant Allergy Alert Test questions are asked and any skin tests recorded.
These record cards are stored securely within my home and/or on my locked Ipad so that nobody else has access to them.
Clients have the right to request the information held on their record card at any time.
Photographs
Occasionally I will ask to take photographs before and/or after your service. Images are never taken without your consent.They are solely used for advertisement/marketing within my business. I may share these images on my website, Facebook page or Instagram. By you agreeing for me to take your photograph you are consenting me to use it for my social media pages. You have the right to request for images to be deleted at any time.
In line with GDPR, you have the right to refuse permission for any personal data to be held by me. Please notify me if you wish for your data to be deleted.
If you have not used my services for at least two years I will delete your client data and dispose of it responsibly. I will therefore no longer have access to your contact number.
Allergy Alert Test information will be stored for 6 years.
